Thanks Jonathan
Can I re-phrase my question please:
Is knowledge of plasma homocysteine level of such huge
clinical utility to warrant its wide-spread routine
measurement?
Laboratories have been providing cholesterol
measurement for decades (using some nasty chemicals in
earlier methods) but it was only in the last decade
that clinicians took notice to treat hyperlipidamias.
