Dear All,
Greetings from Al-Ain, the oasis city of the Middle East. Recently while I
was preparing for a lecture on meta-analysis for our senior clerks I came
across this resource on the WWW. I thought some of you might me interested
if you have not already accessed the site.
According to the author the objectives of his presentation is to enable the
readers to:
Define metaanalysis
Select studies for metaanalysis
Identify different types of model
Calculate summary effects
Interpret results of metaanalysis
You can also download two spreadsheet calculators and a graph maker to
perform your own meta-analysis. The presentation also has very useful links
on web based resources on meta-analysis.
You can access the site @

Cheers and warm regards,
Badri
