I don't know whether a handy library has a copy of the
RSTC, but Parker's psalter will certainly be listed in
there. The majority of the RSTC listed items are
available on microfilm; lots of Uni libraries have
them. They are produced by University Microfilms
Incorporated. That will give you a full text of the
psalter. Otherwise, someone else may be able to
provide you with a copy of just the bit you want....
