Learning Resources Development Group (LRDG) Winter Conference 2000:
"Working to shared agendas for lifelong learning in colleges, public
libraries and museums"
This one day conference will be held on Tuesday 5 December 2000 at the
Britannia Hotel, New Street, Birmingham.
The programme will start at 10.15am and finish at 3.45pm. The hotel is 5
minutes walk from New Street Station.
The conference is aimed at learning resources managers/librarians in FE
colleges, ICT/ILT managers, UfI/learndirect coordinators, public libraries &
museums services staff.

The conference aims to:
Update delegates on the work of Resource and the progress of the People's
Network
Explore ways in which colleges, libraries and museums are collaborating over
technology, information and learning through current examples
Provide insight into New Opportunities Fund ICT training taking place with
public libraries staff and its relevance to learning resources staff in
colleges
The conference fee is £105.
