i think you may be able to do something like this on the latest version
of Geocalc by Rod Holcombe //www.earthsciences.uq.edu.au/~rodh/software/
but you may have to purchase the full version.
As i'm also manipulating fractures data at the moment i'm intrigued
as why you need the individual results of so many fractures. Are
you trying to get some sort of statistic?
