What is the context, and who is the audience, for the work Bono is
writing? Given the fluidity in sacraments prior to 1215 (and seemingly
after for some time), is it possible he has some didactic or structural
reasons for placing the incarnation in the text instead of ordination?
A lay audience? Where is it in the sequence of seven sacraments? In the
middle or at the end? Does the sequencing of the sacraments follow a
liturgical or calendrical order of some kind?
Just some thoughts.
