Perhaps you mean Ut negocium of 1256 (Alexander IV); see Peters, Torture,
exp. ed., pp. 65, 236. Peters speaks of their absolving each other of
"canonical iiregularities." He gives no edition, & it is not in the Liber
sextus decretalium under that name.
