Best Value requires the involvement of service users in improving the way
services are delivered.
As part of our preparations for our best value review I would be interested to
hear
from anyone who has deliberately involved service users in identifying and
plannng service improvements, what methods were used and how successful
was the process and outcomes.
We have used consultation with users for very local level alterations or
improvements but would like to consider more challenging (for us) methods.
Any comments or information would be very welcome & I would be happy to share
any I receive
