You may find just what you want in Giulio Battelli, _Acta pontificum_, 2nd
ed., Exempla Scripturarum, fasc. 3 (Vatican City: Bibliotheca Apostolica
Vaticana, 1965). It contains 50 plates that reproduce (in collotype, I
think) a variety of papal letters, ranging from a privilege of Paschal I in
819 to a Brief of Gregory XVI in 1843. A very useful little booklet
accompanies the plates. I have found it an extremely useful aid for
teaching paleography and since the booklet provides transcriptions of the
texts you could also use it for self-study..

In my observation, the Vatican could use every bit of favorable PR it can
get. Whether the Holy See would be willing to pay a living wage to those
who provide it is of course another question altogether.
