Why would someone who already knows the answers or has the references bother
to send a question to the mailbase??
May i suggest that this is quite simply because they need some help as Robin
stated he had looked on Cinahl and medline and had come up with very little.
What is the point of mailbase? In light of recent discussions i am beginning
to wonder.
Can we be more constructive rather than destructive with comments.
