Dear fellow list-members,
I'm wondering if anyone can point me to a comment I remember reading, in which
the use of secular or pagan learning in Christian study is compared to the
spoils taken by the Israelites from the Egyptians. I think this is from
Gregory the Great, but am not sure where, or whether the analogy is found
earlier.
Can anyone help?
