I notice that the 98-99 DCMS/Wolfson annual report says that 'many
[authorities - my italics] used project management software. This helped
them ...' (pp-7-8).
Our IT people are very down on these packages (the Microsoft package is
'horrendous'). So, what is the truth, are people getting worthwhile results
in real life library applications?
