Many thanks to John for taking on the task of drafting a one-page
schema for the "elements of elements (and qualifiers)". In order to
keep the traffic down, I have suggested we discuss some of the finer
points off-list for a few days.

I agree that this title is clearer than "DCMI Qualifiers".
