Dear Wendy,
We have a copy of the "National Atlas of the Socialist People's Libyan Arab
Jamahiriya" produced by the Secretariat of Planning, Surveying Department,
Tripoli, 1978 prepared, printed and bound by Esselte Map Service, Stockholm,
Sweden. The text and indexes are in arabic and english and contains general
Esselte style mapping together with numerous thematic maps plus a
'transliteration system of arabic consonants'. Let me know if this is what
you are looking for.
