Susan--I did a bit of work on Psalm 44 as influencing a Marian cycle in a
hermitage in Italy-- citation , Sharon Dale, "San Leonardo al Lago: A study
in Augustinian Iconology," Arte Cristiana, vol LXXX, 1992, p.265-74. That
psalm finds its way into hymnals--the Little office of the Virgin seems
dependent on it. Also to add to Jim Bugslag's bibio, I think that Ginevra
Kornbluth published a book recently on the Utrecht Psalter. Tom Izbicki--can
you help with the citation? Sharon
