Because the votes and discussion is taking place in DC usage, I have voted
on the individual items as proposed.
I must say, however, that the qualifiers framework as it now has been
proposed, and the state of registries as they now exist, and the overall
situation of the DC data model, will lead me to take a quite different
position when the individual items suggested by DC usage come to the DC-AC.
At present, I do not believe that DCMI is ready to issue ANY qualifiers.
