Dear SPMers,
I am working in PET, but we have T1 weighted (SPGR) MRI's (GE) for the
subjects on which I'd like to display activation. I note that the
gray-white contrast is rather poor, and quite variable between subject
volumes. In one volume in particular, the volume is quite dimly displayed,
and difficult to see.
The only visual controls I can find are on the graphic output box, and
they are limited to brightening or darkening the image, overall. Are there
any other tools for better adjusting the gray-white contrast?
Thanks.
