Looks like it is time to exercise your jargon detectors.
Surely this is a perfect example of where the source material should appear
in the web.
Perhaps I missed pointers in the original message. The opm web site,
www.opm.co.uk has plenty of self puffery, but my poor old brain can't cope
with such concepts as "visioning". Can't see any sign that they have dabbled
in science before.
