As for this ambiguity, for such I think it is anyway, about materials and publications
(texts) I often think that the work connected with the outdoors must sometimes have a
mix between academic work and a more poetic work. It is for that reason that I asked a
question.
For one example of what I mean here the book "Investigating Subjectivity" : research on
Lived Experience 1992 Sage is, for me, a really good read. In that book the writers (
edited by Ellis and Flaherty) take on a kind of confrontation style with academic work
in general although the book is considered an academic book.
