Keith Ramsey indicated to me previously the Chick & Keeling were involved in
Pennywell Road from the information in Hunts Mineral statistics.
I haven't been able to confirm whether this Keeling is the one involved at
Yate/Cromhall or the Engineer involved in the Forest of Dean Railways (or
another!?!).
Does the reference you forwarded also come from "British Blast Furnace
Statistics 1790-1980 by Philip Riden and John G. Owen"?
