That will be, judging by the 1997 date, the relaunch of the magazine.
I'm looking for the original - it was first brought out in 1991. Later
it died. Then it was relaunched, pretty much by Julie Burchill, who'd
originally not been, if memory serves, involved.
I think the first one was Cosmo Landesman and a few others.
