Since Monday we have been plagued with unreliable staff login telnet
connections to our Innopac. Neither our network people nor III can account
for it. Sometimes we can get no login screen, sometimes we log in but are
thrown off, sometimes (usually afternoons) all seems smooth on the Macs but
no joy on the PCs. It's driving us mad! We've tried changing cable,
network switches etc etc. We've never ever had such problems before.
Has anyone else known such a thing? Could it (a naive suggestion) be due to
the weather and wet wires underground?
