We have used this product for 6 years and transfer payment info to our
university's central financial system. We don't use APTOS.

Our Administrative Computing staff who also look after the university's
financial system wrote the necessary interface. I don't think it was that
difficult.

We obviously have to create a file on disk and transfer it to the central
system. We also have to ensure that fund codes and vendor codes on the
two systems are kept in step. If we don't use this product library staff
will have to rekey payment information on the central financial system, so
we are saving a lot of our staff time. In your case you will be saving
your finance department's staff time. The advantage in your case may be
that information will be more up-to-date and you can be certain there are
no errors through mis-keying.
