I am working on a project to encourage CRS to explore options in higher
education, related fields and commercial organisations. Part of the work
involves writing case studies that help identify specific and generic
knowledge and transferable skills developed in either current or previous
CRS roles, and how these skills have helped find and succeed in the new
role.

I am looking to source case study material from ex contract researchers from
Welsh Universities and Institutes who have changed career and who are now
working outside academia, or working in different roles inside academia.
