First, I would suggest to flowchart your code before and after.
Not by hand but automatically.

where FORTRAN 77 and perhaps later code can be flowcharted automatically.
Not only is the code flowcharted ,the source code follows the charts on the
right and is in synch.
A subsusequent tree diagramm of subroutine calls is also supplied.
Your results can be obtained in GIF or BMP or high quality
postscript paper form.
The trick is to request the flowcharts both before and after.
This serves both the programmers involved as well as the client.
This will also alert you to any probems where your code didn't flow or work
as you expected. You can also keep track of what your programmers have done
for you lately kind of thing. (:-)
This automatic system has been used for FORTRAN 77 code.
However, send a description of the code indicating that it is FORTRAN 90,
number of lines of code, in the email that you send, since alteration may
be needed to accomodate the 90 code.
Your source code must be in ASCII format for IBM PC.
Large files are accomodated.
Floppies should be shipped by mail in those cases.
