I am about to submit an abstract for the forthcoming BAM
conference under the banner of our Centre for Audience
Development and Research (CADRE). It is based on an evaluation
of the 'Test Drive' Initiative set up by an organisation based here in
Manchester which facilitated arts organisations in offering 'tasters'
for various arts events. I am particularly looking at whether such
activities were considered as strategic or tactical and the extent to
which a relationship marketing approach has been considered.
Not sure yet to which track I should submit the paper:Creativity and
the Cultural Industry, Marketing,Public Sector Management,
Service Management or Strategic Management.
