At Aston, all our language year abraod students have been counted
as part-time. This seems to be because of a difference between the
method of comparison of HESA and HESES data published with
the HESES 98 request and that published with the actual
comparison. In the latter, students with Mode 53 are excluded from
FT.
I'm still working through a number of other problems with part-time
numbers.
