Dear List members,
We are a clinical trial laboratory. We anticipate that we will be performing 4-6 ELISA plates per day, measuring a variety of analytes- primarily bonemarkers and markers of inflammation. We are considering the purchase of an open 'walk-away' automated ELISA system- if such a beast exists? To date, I have literature on instruments from Grifols-Quest (Triturus), Biochem ImmunoSystems (Lab-O-Tech), and Dynex (DSX). I have spoken to labs that operate the Triturus and the Lab-O-Tech, and my initial preference is the Triturus.
I would be extremely grateful to hear comments evaluating the pros and cons of these (or other) instruments. Thank you very much.
Most Sincerely,
Bill
