Thank you to those who have taken the time to respond with suggestions for a
diagnosis in this case. Seven replies have been received to date.
The most common suggestions are Gitelman's, followed by Barrter's syndrome,
then the surrepticious use of diuretics.
We will propose some further investigations to the endocrinologists, and I
will report any relevant findings to the mailbase.
