In Reading we use the 6mL plastic Becton-Dickinson Vacutainers, and had
(apparent) RSI problems.
To overcome them for uncapping we bought "Pluggo", an automatic batch
uncapper (about £1500 as I recall).
For recapping we found that the best overfit caps were from Clinicon, the
caps being relatively soft and easy to fit.
Since this we have had no further complaints.
