We harvest the sweat using the Wescor Macroduct system and then measure
"neat " sweat on an Hitachi 911. We have also done exhaustive comparisons to
show that accurate results can be obtained even if you need to dilute sweat
(in an appropriate diluent/standard) 1 in 3.
The additional benefit of this approach is that you can also get a sodium
result.
