There is a fair amount published on this including papers in J Analytical
Toxicology.(eg:

Hemp oil ingestion causes positive urine
tests for delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol carboxylic acid. Journal of
Analytical Toxicology. 21(6):482-5, 1997 Oct.)
As a non user of Cannabis, I consumed a hemp seed bar, manufactured in the
UK, before going to bed at night & collected my urine the following
morning. It was negative for Cannabinoids on emit before and after
hydrolysis with glucuronidase, but THC could be seen albeit below the NIDA
cut off, by GCMS.
