Dear Colleague
I am resubmitting this message because the last one (December 22) was
unable to compete with festive cheer.
I would like to run a telephone skills course here at KCL,
preferably using telephone simulation equipment. The accent will be
on 'customer care' skills and dealing with difficult enquiries.
I should be grateful for information and advice about a presenter,
preferably within easy reach of central London.
I would like to offer a session for KCL staff during February.
