nope, certainly not . . . in fact, as i tried to point out, it may
be stronger and even more "valid" [whatever that might mean] . . .
all i suggested was that it was inescapably, ontologically,
cognitively different . . . .
as to whether folks go to boxing [or car racing] to see real
death, i'm not sure . . . but the real and the representation
are sure processed differently, even before any kind of
post-hoc reflection takes place
