What are the criteria that you use to determine which animals are in a
species "without rights"?
Sincerely,

Hi Ray!
A couple of them: excluding endangered species.
1. Animals are not considered sentient beings by many
2. Animals are not entitled to property, which means
when a person who buys land wants to build a house,
who looses thier home?* I know that is a far stretched one but it makes
a point.
3. Animals are frequently managed by people, for reasons other
then well being to the animals protection.
That's the basic idea, anyhow. It was meant to be a more general statement,
developing criteria is tricky when it comes to rights.
