Aims and objectives

The business of Business Planning is crucial. Administrators need to
develop a range of skills that are far wider than merely managing
budgets. This seminar aims to give participants full and clear
explanations of the elements of business planning and the processes
involved so that they gain an appreciation of the process of business
planning and its institutional perspective. Business planning will be
examined at a strategic, institutional and local level. The workshop
will mix presentation with workshop elements to embed some of the
principles discussed.
Courses Aims

-To develop an understanding of the need for clear planning
-To gain an appreciation of the key elements of a business plan -To
examine some criteria for measurement and evaluation.
