In that case I suggest that you are not actually unenrolled from the
module in WebPA, hence why you are still being able to use the forms
from this module. To unenrol in WebPA when using the LTI connector, you
need to do more than unenrol yourself in Blackboard - an instructor
would need to perform a user sync in WebPA, or a WebPA administrator
would need to remove you.
