Hello everyone
Re: Linking WAN platforms. I can't help but feel it is a shame if all platforms merely echo each other. If the email list is the core of WAN what benefit is there to duplicate it onto Facebook and Twitter? All mediums have their strengths and totally empathise with those who choose not to use them all. But posting the same to all three seems a shame - it just adds volume and I'm sure I'm not the only person to feel overwhelmed and switch off. Be very glad to hear other views and have my mind changed.
And very interested in how this new project develops - I'm currently working on my Phd which explores Feminist psychogeographies so women who walk is a subject I find myself happily immersed in - although (because?) it is such a diverse and contradictory subject
very best wishes and happy wanderings
