I tend to agree with you, Monique, if there is shame then it would be a sign to change what you are doing. But maybe that it is interpret shame as an individual thing. Can one walk a collective shame, for the failure of everyone, others, the political parties, certain political parties... or whoever? That might also be a shaming. Do we use walking as a shaming of others, of everyone? Or to walk a shame that is not attributed to anyone - which would be a challenge to the walker and to those encountering the walker to take responsibility for it?
