To clarify my *actual* question: It would be nice to be able to check that
APEL is working without trawling logs on two machines... I used to just go to
http://goc.grid-support.ac.uk/gridsite/accounting/tree/country_view.php?ExecutingSite=BITLab-LCG
and check that that the dteam entry was up to date.
I don't need the dteam data per se, but it's strange that there's no
indication on the GOC of how up-to-date a site's data is.

I just get blank pages apart from the diagrams - this is xpdf for RH73
(and Reader5 for Windows).
Reader 7 won't install on RH73 (and the times I really need the install
guide is when I'm in front of a RH73 box trying to install APEL!)
