Actually I just noticed that all the failures are for sam-bdii.cern.ch,
so it's their own fault.
Out of 1089 Storage element tests (SE and SRM) since I came out of
downtime on the 27th February, I've failed 62, 59 of those failures were
associated with BDII timeouts, either directly or because a preceeding
dependent test failed for that reason.
