I'm a bit hazy on this, but as far as I recall GGUS stops 'ordinary'
people doing most things - full ticket updating requires some degree
of privilege (I think the term it uses is that you must be a
'supporter').
GGUS knows me, and knows specifically that I'm a supporter. If you've
possibly been considered a supporter by virtue of being on the ATLAS
list, and now you've dropped off that list (for whatever reason), then
possibly, not only does it not know that you're an ATLAS support person,
but it doesn't know that you're a support person at all.
