Bonjour!
It looks like all UK sites' CREAM-CEs (ARC-CE must do it some other way)
are red CRITICAL with error :
goc-accounting.grid-support.ac.uk: ERROR [ Please use the Gap Publisher to synchronise this dataset]
On our APEL node, all looks healthy in /var/log/apel/client.log for Nov
1,2,3 but then last night, error:

Is there an APEL problem upstream since all sites error = doesn't seem
to be a site problem?......
