I see a new requirement there - CertWizard.
BTW: Can any user upload his cert from any-old-machine (i.e. local
client system) to a myproxy server directly using the CertWizard? I thought
a myproxy server held proxies. Am I wrong? Can it hold user certificates?
And should it do so?

Yes - but it would be good if I saw a manual prototype for this.
Can you give me the run-down on this procedure? Can it be done
now, by hand, and what is the sequence of commands?
