Fixed this -- sae_err.msg has facility code SAI, not SAE, so the
Makefile.am now has a SAI_ERR_SOURCES variable (the only one!). I
missed this when I was clearing up for the test.

On my Mac just now, ./bootstrap was 49m, configure-deps was 3m and
./configure -C (from scratch) was 27m. I think those are something
like a factor of 2 better than they were before.

The last thing that happened there was me merging in the changes he had
made -- they may have fixed Solaris fpp, I don't recall. Let me know
how this fails and I can see if it's easily fixable.

I wondered about that, but it was #include "libjpeg.h", not #include
<libjpeg.h>, and that usually means it's local. Looks like that needs
configuring.
