Yes the sampling rates (old and new) can be identical for some files. I
am setting a pipeline and for some files it will be the same, and for
others it will be different. I wanted the same exact steps for all
files, even if resampling to the same rate for some of them.
I guess I'll change the script to skip that step if the new and old
sampling rates are identical if it doesn't work then...
