I don't have any great ideas here, other than to try skull stripping
the anatomical beforehand (New Seg, followed by a bit of stuff using
ImCalc).
Also, it may just be the particular slices I see, but the fMRI scan
looks a bit small compared to the anatomical image. It could be from
dropout or distortion, but I'd suggest double checking to make sure
the voxel sizes are reasonable.
