Dear SPMers,
I am making a batch file for stat. processing (SPM2)of fMRI data.
Could anyone please tell me about the SPM.xBF.T parameter?
It seems it represents a total number of slices, but should I enter
the original number of slices or the number I have after re-slicing
(in case it is different due to a change in voxel Z-size)?
I have a block-related fMRI study and I skipped the slice timing
correction step. Is it important to enter a correct value of the
SPM.xBF.T in this case too?
thank you!
Victor
