However, althoug hI

I'AM SORRY: THIS IS A CORRECTION OF A PREVIOUSLY
UNDESIGNEDLY POSTED MAIL:
Dear Claus,
I think I've got an answer to your question. However,
at the time I implement batch-processing-scripts, a
little supplementation had to made in SPM to make the
batch run a model computation for multiple conditions
(I don't know it is included in the updates now).
First at all, as suggested you should install the last
updates. Then modify in >spm_fmri_spm_ui.m< the lines
(I hope that's all, tell me if it was not):
line 272:
for i = 1:nsess
str = sprintf('select scans for session
%0.0f',i);
if isempty(BCH)
q = spm_get(Inf,'.img',str);
end
P = strvcat(P,q);
nscan(i) = size(q,1);
end
TO:
for i = 1:nsess
str = sprintf('select scans for session
%0.0f',i);
if isempty(BCH)
q = spm_get(Inf,'.img',str);
else
q = spm_input('batch',{},'files',i);
end
P = strvcat(P,q);
nscan(i) = size(q,1);
end
Now include the attatched file in your batch system
with best regards
Sebastian
