Also load the data into MRIcro and under etc options, Rescale and then save to the isotropic size needed.
**Of course Matlab interp3 routine can also do it, just set your interpolation grid to match the new voxel size, and then you may use SPM functions to save the file after adjusting the needed header fields. The simplest is Chris Rorden's classic MRIcro which works on all platforms!
